Who we are
This website is operated by Solar Harvezt — RK Groups ("Solar Harvezt", "we", "us"), a private solar installation business based in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu, India.
Information we collect
- Enquiry and call-back requests: the options you choose, your name, mobile number and, if you provide them, your town, property type, electricity bill, preferred contact time, email address and message.
- Calculator estimate: if you choose to attach it, a short summary of the estimate you calculated.
- Technical information: our server receives standard technical data such as your IP address, used only to protect the enquiry form against abuse (for example rate limiting).
The solar savings calculator runs in your browser. The figures you enter are not sent to us unless you submit an enquiry or choose to share your estimate. When you share an estimate, your inputs are included in the link you share.
How we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry by the method you choose.
- To prepare estimates, site assessments and quotations you ask for.
- To keep a record of enquiries and improve our service.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, the message is sent through WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. We see only what you send us.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries are stored securely by our website server and may be forwarded to tools we use to manage enquiries (for example email or a customer-management system). These providers process the information only on our behalf.
Cookies and analytics
We do not set advertising cookies. Your browser’s session storage is used to carry a calculator summary to the enquiry form when you ask it to. If we enable website analytics, we use privacy-friendly, aggregated statistics and do not send your name, phone number or email to analytics tools.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on your enquiry, or longer if you become a customer and the law requires us to keep records.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have given us, or to stop contacting you, at any time through our contact page. We aim to handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
